Dianne Degnan is an internationally acclaimed color specialist whose distinguished career spans over 25 years at the forefront of the global hair and beauty industry. Originally from Scotland, Dianne relocated to London to study at the esteemed London Collage of Fashion where she refined her expertise in hair and make-up. Quickly finding her passion for color, she began her professional journey at the legendary Vidal Sassoon salon, establishing herself as a leading colorist. Rising swiftly through the ranks, she worked in prominent London salons until her pursuit of artistic growth relocated her to Los Angeles as a full-time educator at Sassoon academy. In this capacity she traveled extensively, conducting advanced seminars and headlining international hair shows, sharing her expertise with hair professionals around the world.

Dianne is celebrated for her mastery of transformative blonding and technical work. She later served as color director in the Beverly Hills salon. Her work has been trusted by celebrities including Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Mick Jagger, Calista Flockhart, Kim Basinger, Elizabeth Debicki, Halle Bailey and many others.

Beyond the salon, Dianne has collaborated with top hair departments in film and television. Her credits include blockbuster projects such as Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Rebel Moon, Get Out and Tenet. Dianne also designed custom hair pieces for global icons Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez.

As a passionate educator and mentor, Dianne partners with leading cosmetology schools to build and refine color programs that inspire the next generation of stylists.

Now based in West Hollywood at Salon Benjamin, she is known for creating bespoke dimensional color that enhances each client individually.
