Justin Le is a Los Angeles–based colorist and texture specialist whose work brings technical precision together with a distinct visual point of view. After leaving a biomedical career path in San Francisco to pursue hair, he spent more than a decade developing an approach rooted in curiosity, thoughtful technique, and an understanding that great hair should feel entirely personal. His work spans dimensional blonding, seamless balayage, creative color, nuanced tonal transformations, and retexturing services across all hair types, with a particular understanding of curly and textured hair.

After moving to Los Angeles, Justin collaborated alongside Ian Michael Black, Creative Director of Aveda, further shaping an eye that moves naturally between the salon and the worlds of fashion, music, television, and film. His clients include Cardi B, Diplo, Chase Stokes, Drew Starkey, Nadia Lee Cohen, K-pop group GIRLSET, and Rizos Curls founder Julissa Prado.

Justin thinks of hair as image: color should belong to the person wearing it and never compete with them. Texture, shape, movement, styling, clothing, and light all inform how he approaches the hair, while the person wearing it remains at the center. Whether enhancing a natural curl pattern with light, creating a new texture, refining a tone, or styling a finished look, every appointment begins with listening, looking, and understanding how someone wants to feel, not simply what they want done.
